Not much has been happening, OH other than my hubby finally moving to Canada Yep yep, it’s finally happened ya’ll We started the immigration process less than a year ago and he’s now among us in this beautiful part of the country, Quebec!!!

I had to remove the last paragraphs of this post, DH asked. So (parts of) comments regarding that last subject have been erased.

You gotta hear this one. I was planning a One Tree Hill-watching afternoon with a new friend of mine, she’s 13 (I’m almost 23, but how’s that a problem??). And her mother forbade her to see me, because I’m too old I’M TOO OLD!!! I still cannot believe that people that judgmental exist. It’s like racism, but about age! Agism!!! It’s so not fair, we just want to watch a show and have fun, what’s wrong with that? Needless to say, my friend and I are very upset! How can a person think this way? I’m not trying to corrupt her or anything like that! We just want to be friends Man, don’t let me become like this when I’m a parent, or shoot me please!

I once had a little boy as a friend when I was 17 and he was like 10, all we did was bike together and talk. I never did anything wrong to him! Why does age always have to be an issue!?

Do you have any ideas on how we could “by-bass” her mom? Pretend I’m 16? *sigh* This is ridiculous…
